Direction: Fill up 140 ml of Glycerol Supplement (GLC80500) to one litre with distilled water. Suspend
31 g of dehydrated medium and heat with frequent agitation until the medium boils well. Sterilise by
autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Mix well before pouring.
